Some of the books on this register have an ordinary store listing, published under a named Ghanaian company, with a rating and a review count attached to it. Others serve an installation file straight from their own site, because a store will not carry a real money gambling application for them in this market.

The practical difference is what a reader can check before installing. A store listing carries a developer name that can be compared with the licensee on the register, a version history and a rating from that country. A file from a website carries none of that, and it also means updates arrive when the operator sends them rather than through the phone.

Ratings do not travel between these two worlds, and the fact base is strict about it: a rating from one platform welded to a size from the other, or a rating from a neighbouring country presented as a local one, is the most common mistake made about these applications. Store ratings are country-scoped, and the same application reads differently a border away.
